ONLINE PURCHASING POLICIES
This policy applies to Rose des Champs products purchased online on its site.
PRICES
Rose des Champs products are sold exclusively in Canada and are available in limited quantities. The prices advertised on its site apply only to online purchases; they are calculated in Canadian dollars and do not include federal and provincial taxes. The price of products sold in stores may therefore vary. Rose des Champs reserves the right to change, at any time, the price of the products offered on its site, without notice.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Rose des Champs accepts two payment methods to complete an online transaction:

- Paypal
SHIPPING
Delivery is at the customer’s expense, with the exception of any order of $55 or more that is free. The shipping rate may vary depending on the weight and volume of the order as well as the shipping address (postal code). The cost is transmitted during the order and is added to the total amount of the invoice. The delivery time varies from 3 to 7 working days, depending on the region served.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF AN ORDER

RETURN POLICY
This policy applies to Rose des Champs products purchased online on its site. For purchases made at an authorized retailer, go directly to the store with the original cash register receipt. For purchases made on the Rose des Champs site, contact us by email info@rosedeschamps.com or by phone at 438-476-7214
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the package.
It is possible to return only one or more items from the same order. Any free gift included in the purchase of a product must also be returned to get a refund. If an item is missing, the returned order may be refused or the value of the item may be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
REFUND
Rose des Champs only refunds the value of the returned goods within 30 days of receipt of the package. The refund is made in the same method of payment as the original invoice.
The cost of transport to purchase is non-refundable and the shipping cost to return the product is the responsibility of the customer.
INCORRECT ORDER, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING PRODUCT
In the case of a damaged or defective product, a non-compliant order or a missing item, contact us within 7 days of delivery of your package, by email or by phone at 438-476-7214. At its discretion, Rose des Champs may exchange, replace, refund or deliver a product at its own expense.
