Rose des Champs products are sold exclusively in Canada and are available in limited quantities.<\/span>\u00a0The prices advertised on its site apply only to online purchases;<\/span>\u00a0they are calculated in Canadian dollars and do not include federal and provincial taxes.<\/span>\u00a0The price of products sold in stores may therefore vary.<\/span>\u00a0Rose des Champs reserves the right to change, at any time, the price of the products offered on its site, without notice.<\/span><\/p>\n

METHOD OF PAYMENT<\/span>
Rose des Champs accepts two payment methods to complete an online transaction:<\/span><\/p>\n

    SHIPPING
    Delivery is at the customer\u2019s expense, with the exception of any order of $55 or more that is free.<\/span>\u00a0The shipping rate may vary depending on the weight and volume of the order as well as the shipping address (postal code).<\/span>\u00a0The cost is transmitted during the order and is added to the total amount of the invoice.<\/span>\u00a0The delivery time varies from 3 to 7 working days, depending on the region served.<\/span><\/p>\n

    CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF AN ORDER<\/span>
    To do so, contact us by phone at 438-476-7214 or by e-mail at info@rosedeschamps.com with your order number.<\/span><\/p>\n

    RETURN POLICY<\/span>
    This policy applies to Rose des Champs products purchased online on its site.<\/span>\u00a0For purchases made at an authorized retailer, go directly to the store with the original cash register receipt.<\/span>\u00a0For purchases made on the Rose des Champs site, contact us by email info@rosedeschamps.com or by phone at 438-476-7214<\/span><\/p>\n

    CONDITIONS FOR RETURN<\/span>
    If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the package.<\/span><\/p>\n

    It is possible to return only one or more items from the same order.<\/span>\u00a0Any free gift included in the purchase of a product must also be returned to get a refund. If an item is missing, the returned order may be refused or the value of the item may be deducted from the total amount of the refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

    REFUND<\/span>
    Rose des Champs only refunds the value of the returned goods within 30 days of receipt of the package.<\/span>\u00a0The refund is made in the same method of payment as the original invoice.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>\n

    The cost of transport to purchase is non-refundable and the shipping cost to return the product is the responsibility of the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

    INCORRECT ORDER, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING PRODUCT<\/span>
    In the case of a damaged or defective product, a non-compliant order or a missing item, contact us within 7 days of delivery of your package, by email or by phone at 438-476-7214. At its discretion, Rose des Champs may exchange, replace, refund or deliver a product at its own expense.<\/span><\/p>\n
